Return Policy

The process of returning an i>clicker product will depend upon how it was obtained/purchased. Students may return i>clicker products to a bookstore with proof of purchase. For products purchased for a department or in a class set, the client will need to contact us at sales@iclicker.com to request a replacement and return the defective unit to us for analysis.

Conditions for Credit

i>clicker remotes must be in unmarked, saleable condition and returned no later than 9 months, unless otherwise authorized.

i>clicker remotes not eligible for credit will be returned to sender via UPS. Cost of postage will be deducted from credit memo or billed separately in the event of no credit due.

Credit memos should be used within one year from date of issuance.

MPS Terms & Policy

Claims
We require claims of any nature—shortages, damages, etc.— to be placed within 60 days from the actual billing date shown on the invoice. Claims after this period will be denied.

Deductions
All deductions in payments should reference actual credit memo number and be accompanied by a complete explanation, which will allow us to resolve the deduction in a timely manner.

Method of Return:
All returns must be prepaid. No prior authorization required.
If returned collect, shipments will be refused, unless prior authorization is granted.


Shipping Requisites:
Enclose packing slip with shipment, giving:

  • Invoice number
  • Account number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Detailed list of contents – including quantity, ISBN and title
  • Crediting of returns without this information will be delayed
